HEALTH KICK DECEMBER

I have been M.I.A lately - but not by choice I promise!
My job is crazy when I'm up north, but WOOOAAH when I am back for the week at a time there is no stopping!! My job needs me to be at my fittest and my healthiest, not only my body but mentally fit and healthy especially when working FIFO away from Friends and Family (and life).

My best friend from Adelaide has been harping on about a product called Isagenix - how amazing she is feeling and how her pole vaulting results have been soaring.  I had been feeling a little run down and sore from all the training I had been doing up north with taking daily group fitness classes and P.T sessions as well as my own personal training.  I was finding it hard to be constantly upbeat and ready to help anyone out with their fitness and wellbeing queries and worries.

So I am day 3 on my Isagenix 30 day Presidents Pack and I couldn't be feeling better.  The pack comes with cleanse products (which I will be doing once a week - Monday will be my first so stay tuned!) and normal shake days which comes with snacks and vital nutrients.
I thought I would have a play yesterday, and make a

Healthy Isagenix Brownie:

Ingredients

1 cup of liquid egg whites

3/4 cup of Isalean Creamy Dutch Chocolate

1/4 cup of cocoa

1/4 cup Melted sugar free chocolate

3 tbsp coconut flour

5 tbsp cottage cheese

1/2 tsp of baking soda

3 tbsp of natural organic peanut butter

Directions

1. Set oven to around 170 degrees
2. Melt chocolate with natural peanut butter over a low heat on the stove
3. Using an immersion blender, blend all the ingredients together. Bear in mind that what you want to end up with is a thick pancake-like batter. If your batter is too runny, add a tbsp more of coconut flour until it thickens. If it’s too thick, add an extra egg white or two.
4. Once your mixture is smooth and thick, yet pourable bake it in a small brownie pan for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

BON APETITE!!

MISSTAH xx

  1. I was wondering if you had disappeared from the blogosphere! Glad to see you're back!
I've never heard of this stuff & pardon me if I'm a retard & completely missed it but where is that ingredient in the brownie recipe? Or is it a natural ingredient found in foods? Good luck with your health kick! Though you already seem so fit! I might have to give this isagenix thing a go. I could definitely use a pick me up that isn't red bull.
